Philosophy
When you build with I-Homes the design is personalized with details specified by you! We make it a point to keep you involved every step of the way and to communicate clearly and effectively so you’re never left to wonder. Not only that, our design team and building team takes communication very seriously. We want everyone to know exactly what’s happening on what day and why, including you. At times you may feel like you’re the only client and that’s exactly how we want it!
I-Homes LLC is a partnership of 2 companies that have over 40 years in real estate experience.
CMS Inc. has owned multifamily units and rental property while maintaining a 36 year history in Pharmacy, while owning a pharmacy since 2010.
Lewis Blackwell serves as construction manager, he has owned and operated Blackwell & Sons Construction for the past 6 years, and previously held positions as President of construction for builders in the Houston area that deliver 1,000 plus homes annually. Mr. Blackwell is also proficient in commercial build out and commercial construction, from survey to certificate of occupancy.
Lyle Jackson serves in all capacities to include architecture, construction, land development, marketing, sales and finance. Lyle is a real estate broker and owner of The LJ Group Real Estate, with previous positions held as VP of Sales and Marketing for KB Home, RE/MAX Associates as a member of the top 200 club, and has closed in excess of 100 million dollars in real estate transactions.

Our systems check and double check every aspect of the plans and specifications for your home. Every person on the project has immediate access to the information they need so questions are easily answered, problems are avoided and delays are averted. Because of this process, our construction sites are well organized and very efficient.
